We are so excited to be having our Men’s Retreat this fall! Light & Life is partnering with Rosi C Ranch to host a retreat for survivalist activities and Biblical teachings to instruct men of God on both their defenses in the seen and unseen world. As Christians we are attacked on all fronts, but we rest in peace knowing that the victory is already won. However, we are called put on His armor every day until the race is done.

The events will take place at both Rosi C Ranch and Light & Life’s grounds. Rosi will host equine facilitated learning and horsemanship as well as cowboy games that include the following: marksmanship, axe throwing, archery and roping. At L&L we will be doing home defense and bushcraft activities.

Labor Day weekend is a time for the community and members to come and celebrate and fellowship with one another. It is a weekend full of fun and activities such as hay rides, movie night, lawn games, prayer walk, devotions, worship service, and plenty of food! There is never a dull moment and its always a great weekend for making friends and memories.

The rummage sale is a beneficial fundraiser and outreach event for our camp. It is a wonderful opportunity to introduce the grounds to the community and spread the word of what God is doing with them.

The sale will be open every day Thursday, the 8th, to Saturday, the 10th from 9-4.

The reunion weekend is such a wonderful event at the campground. There are games, food, fellowship, and a beautiful memorial service to remember those who have gone to be with our Savior before us. Arrival is encouraged around 11:00am. At noon there will be a potluck lunch. The memorial service is held at 3:00pm on Saturday, July 27th.

Steve Neville will be our guest speaker for the weekend. MaryLynn Myers will be singing. Saturday evening will feature a wiener roast and ice cream social. Sunday there will be a continental breakfast and a church service at 10:30am. It’s going to be a fun weekend, so we hope to see you there!

Light and Life is excited to be hosting its first Women’s Retreat this 2024 season! Our theme for the weekend is Path of Righteousness. We will have an incredible speaker and singing preformed by Karrie Miller.

Registration opens on February 14th. The price will be $75 until April 15th, and after this date it will $90. Please check back in then to register and we’ll see you this June!
