The Fern cottage is located near the south border of the grounds. It has an incredible covered porch and a firepit with sitting room to the side. Other features include:

-Bedroom with a full bed

-Loft with two twin beds and kid-sized seating area with games

-Full bathroom

-Full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, and coffee maker

-Spacious living room with electric fireplace

-A/C

-Eating area and bar with stools

Fresh bedding is provided for every stay as well as clean bath towels.
